On left side of
screen, click on Licenses & Certificates
·
On
the next screen on the right, you will see More Licenses & Certificates
Information; click on Pilots
·
On
next screen, in the center, click on Foreign Pilots US Certification
·
On
the bottom of the next screen, click on Validation Procedures
·
The
next screen will show Verification of Authenticity of Foreign License,
Rating & Medical Certification
Read this information and on
the first line of the second paragraph, click on the word FORM.
This will bring up a 2-page document; print it and follow the directions
for submittal of necessary documents to the FAA
